两种拟除虫菊酯对地面游离蚤的现场灭效试验

Field Effects of Cypermethrin and Deltamethrin On Controlling the Ground Fleas

本文报道作者对新加坡利农有限公司生产的两种拟除虫菊酯:阿尔发特3％乳油(氯氰菊酯)及虫赛死2.5％乳油(溴氰菊酯)对地面游离蚤的现场灭效试验。结果氯氰菊酯的校正灭蚤率为89.14％;溴氰菊酯为82.09％。说明该公司生产的这两种拟除虫菊酯对居民区蚤类有较好的杀虫效果,可在控制家鼠鼠疫灭蚤中推广使用。

The contrlling effects of Alpha - amithrin 3EC (Cypermethrin) and Amisis 2. 5EC (Deltamethrin) which are made in Singapore Agrolex Private Limited to the ground fleas have been tested in the villages Ying-Jiang conty, Yunnan provinc, China in May-June, 2001. Three species of groung fleas distribute in the area. The number of Ctenocephalides felis felis accout for 84. 6% among all fleas. Xenopslla cheopis is 11. 4%. Pulex irrtans is 3. 9%. The killing rate of cypermethrin to the ground fleas is 89. 14%. The killing rate of deltamethrin to the ground fleas in 82. 09%. The results indicate Alpha -amithrin 3EC (Cypermethrin) and Amisis 2. 5EC (Deltamethrin) which are made in Singapore Agrolex Private Limited can be used in flea-control in plage epidemic area.
