瑞丽县中华按蚊对DDT抗性的测定

Detection of Resistance of Anopheles sensises to DDT in Ruili county

采用WHO标准方法测定瑞丽县中华按蚊对DDT的敏感性的结果显示,由于1980年以前长期大面积使用六六六和1980年以后广泛应用DDT,中华按蚊已对DDT产生Ⅰ级抗性,处于抗性形 成的第一阶段,与勐海县10年前的水平接近而高于邻县潞西芒市10年前的水平。肯定了瑞丽县针对 喷洒效果下降而提高DDT的使用剂量的合理性,但认为尚须研究适宜的使用剂量。建议各疟区对疟疾 媒介对DDT的敏感性进行测定以指导防治。

The results from the test by WHO standard methods showed that the due to the large-scale application of insecticide 666 before 1980 and DDT after 1980, Anopheles senisis has resistance of degree 1 to DDT, at the starting stage of resistance forming. It is close to the level of that in Menghai county 10 years age and higher than that in the neihgouring county Luxi. The results confirmed the property of increase in the dosage of DDT in control activity and suggested that the proper dosage should be studied.
