本文报告元江县2000年疟疾发病情况,调查结果,全县共报告疟疾病例345例,发病率为18.18/万,比1999年664例下降了48.04％,占全县总传染病数的41.52％,其中间日疟304例,占88.12％,恶性疟41例.占11.88％.恶性疟比1999年的123例下降了66.70％。

This Paper reports a morbidity investigation of malaria in Yanjiang county in 2000. Results: 345 cases were reported in he county in 2000, with an incidence of 18. 18 per ten thousand. Compared to 664 cases in 1999, there was a reduction of 48. 04% in incidence. But 41. 52% in all of the patients who suffered from epidemic diseases in this county in 2000 were Malaria patients. 304 out of 345 Malaria patients were P. Vivax. with a percentac of 88. 12%; and the remaining 41 were P. falciparum, with a percentage of 11. 88%. Compared to 123 patients in 1999, there was a reduction of 66. 70% in P. falciparum patient's number.
