We can learn something from Asia financial crisis. It was not the thing that capital term can’ t be opened, but the thing that the conditions of opening should be possessed. 0n the conditions of opening of economy, effective international cooperation is a very important factor. Asia financial crisis and the recovery policies told us that Banking must insist on and imply the principle of cautious operating and if the financial supervision doesn’t consummate, the interaction between credit market and security market will accelerate the happening of financial crisis.
