It is the unswerving goal for the Party to develop and realize socialist and democratic politics,the basis of which is to maintain the Party’s leadership,people’s mastering the country and managing the state affairs according to law.However,the key of these three aspects lies in maintaining and perfecting the Party’s leadership,and strengthening her ability in power.
