摘要
当前 ,我国一些地区纷纷在中小学课堂开展以英语和汉语为主要内容的“双语教学”实验 ,当地的教育行政部门还为此出台了相关的政策条款予以鼓励和扶持。本文借分析双语教学的相关问题 ,针对目前在中小学中试行的“双语教学”政策 ,从法学和政策学的角度进行了剖析 。
Nowadays,many primary and secondary schools in some regions in China are promoting the experiment of bilingual teaching (mainly:English and Chinese),and local educational administrations publicize some related policies to encourage and protect it.This paper attempts to analyze the related problems and policies in bilingual teaching from the legal view of point so as to set enlightenment on the educational experiment and reform in reason.
