摘要
目的:观察脂肪乳剂对胃癌病人淋巴细胞CD3、CD4、CD8分子及IL-2受体表达的影响。方法:从5例胃癌病人外周血中分离出淋巴细胞,每例分7组,G1、G2、G3加入力能,G4、G5、G6组加入Lipofundin,剂量为:200μg/ml、500μg/ml、1000μg/ml,G7对照,加入1640培养基于37℃,5%CO2培养72h,以单克隆抗体检测。结果:G3组CD3、CD4分子的表达明显受抑制(P<0.05),其它各组CD3、CD4分子及各组CD8分子及IL-2受体表达无明显差异(P<0.05)。结沦:高浓度的力能对CD3、CD4分子表达有抑制作用,Lipofundin对CD3、CD4、CD8分子及IL-2受体的表达无影响。
Objective To observe the effects of lipid emulsion on CD3 ,CD4 ,CD8 and IL- 2 receptor in the lymphocytes of the patients with stomach cancer. Methods The lymphocytes separated from the blood in the 5 patients with stomach cancer were divided into seven groups. G1 ,G2 and G3 were put into lipovenoes, G4 ,G5 ,G6 into lipofundin, G7 into equivolume media (as control) . CD3, CD4 , CD8 and IL - 2 and receptor were determined by APAAP technigue 72 hour after the culture. Results CD3 , CD4 were significantly decreased in G3 ( P < 0.05). No significant chasges were observed in CD3 , CD4 of the other groups and in CD8 , IL - 2 receptor of each group. Conclusion The high concentrations of lipovenoes could inhibit CD3 , CD4 expressions, but lipofudin did not affect the CD3 , CD4 , CD8 and IL - 2 receptor expressions.
