细菌感染诱导机体细胞凋亡的研究进展

摘要细胞凋亡是指细胞接受某种信号或受到某些因素刺激后的一种主动的、由凋亡相关基因调控的细胞“自杀”过程。它为维持细胞内环境稳定所必需，可在许多生理和病理情况下发生。近年来研究发现在细菌感染性疾病中亦存在着许多细胞凋亡现象[1]。
