我国公共行政监督体制的缺失及改革路径

China’s Current Supervision System of Public Administration:its Defects and Solutions

我国现行的公共行政监督体制是适应我国国情的 ,但在实践过程中仍然存在着缺陷亟待完善 ,本文针对其不足提出了改革和完善的路径 :建立公共行政监督体系的协调机制 ;科学合理分权 ,建立以权力约束权力的监督制约机制 ;提高监督人员的素质 ,增强监察机关的权威 ;建全公共行政监督的法律机制 ,提高全民的法律监督意识 ;逐步推行政务公开制 。

The current supervision system of the public administration in our country is suited to domestic conditions,but there are still some defects which have to be settled urgently.The article puts forward some ways to perfecting this system:establishing a coordinative system;delegating powers scientifically, establishing a power-restrain-power system;enhancing the supervisor’s quality,strengthening the authority of the supervisive organization;perfecting the legal system,cultivating the people’s legal consciousness,promoting the public system of governmental affairs,and enhancing the external supervision of pubhic opinion and news medium etc.
