摘要 目的:观察术后早期处理对用腹腔海水浸泡伤实验犬的救治效果。方法:杂种犬18只,随机均分为对照组(n=9)及救治组(n=9),观察每一组存活情况、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血淀粉酶(AMY)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酸激酶(CK)、内毒素(ET)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的变化。结果:①治疗组存活率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);②腹腔海水浸泡后两组血ALT、AMY、BUN、CK、ET、TNF水平均显著升高(P<0.01),而术后24h始治疗水平开始显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔海水浸泡可引起机体发生多器官功能障碍,早期及时合理救治是提高机体伤后存活率的关键。 Objective To observe the effect of early treatment on celiac seawater immersion wound in dogs. Methods Eighteen dogs were randomly divided into control group and the treatment group. Survival rate was observed and the serum levels of ALT, AMY, BUN, CK, endotoxin(ET)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF) were measured in both the groups. Results 1.The surviral rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.01). 2. The serum levels of ALT,AMY,BUN, CK,ET and TNF increased significantly after celiac sweater immersion ( P<0.01, compared with preoperation) in both the groups, but they dereased significantly in the treatment group compared with those in the control group 24h after the operation( P<0.05). Conclusion The celiac seawater immersion can result in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. Early proper treatment can increase the survival rate in the dogs with celiac seawater immersion wound.
