强化卫生经济管理 促进医院可持续发展

卫生经济管理是医院管理层的重要工作内容。该文从组织落实、收费管理、成本核算三个方面介绍了医院强化卫生经济管理的作法,指出:医疗与经济相结合的管理是医院取得最大效益的根本保证;加强卫生经济管理是占领医疗市场份额的重要手段,是促进医院改革、加速学科建设和医院可持续发展的重要措施。

The management of health economics is an important task for hospital administrants. This paper first introduces how to strengthen the management of health economics from three aspects which include organization setup, charging management and costs evaluation; Then, this paper points out that the management pattern which combines healthcare with economics is the fundamental guarantee for the hospital to gain the maximal benefit, strengthening the management of health economics is an important measure tc occupy the healthcare market, and also is an important measure to promote hospital reform and academic development, and keep hospital sustainable development.
