同种小鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型的建立与观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立简便易行的同种小鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型,探讨小鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型的建立与手术方式的改进。方法 在显微镜和低温条件下切取供心;分离受体右侧的颈外静脉及颈总动脉。采用供心主动脉与受体颈总动脉侧壁长度相近的切口行端一侧间断缝合,供心肺动脉与受体颈外静脉后壁连续缝合、前壁间断缝合的吻合方法进行小鼠颈部异位心脏移植。术后通过触摸检测供心动跳,供心心跳停止时切取供心,病理学检查确定排斥情况。结果:应用该方法进行移植模型40次,成功36次,成功率达90%,平均存活8.75天。结论:这种移植术式降低了手术难度,易于暴露,手术时间短,创伤小、污染少,观察方便,成功率高,是一种简单、实用的方法。 Objective To explore operative method by which a simple and easy model of heart heterotopic allogeneil graft in the neck was established in mice.Method Under microscopy and hypothermia the aorta of the donor heart and the right common carotid artery of the recipient were anastomosed by the end-to-side interrupted suture in the anterior wall.Results Thirty-six of 40 formal transplantations with the above method were successful (90%).Mean survival days in the mice receiving heart heterotopic allogeneit graft was 9.2d.Conclusion The advantage of this model lies in easy exposition, short duration of the operation and high rate of success, so it deserves to use widely in experimental study.
