Clinical Study Of Curative Effect Of Fuxin Tablets On Angina Pectoris in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察复心片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:100例病人给予复心片口服治疗。观察患者的症状、硝酸甘油减停率、心电图变化及对血脂、血压的影响。同时观察30例不服用复心片的冠心病心绞痛患者为对照。结果:治疗组心绞痛总有效率97％,对照组83.3％;治疗组硝酸甘油减停率为88.8％,对照组为66％;治疗组心电图总有效率为99％,对照组为85％。上述比较显著差异,对血脂、血压无明显影响。结论:复心片是治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效药物。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Fuxin tablets on angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred patients with coronary heart disease were treated by Fuxin tablets in the treatment group. Thirty patients with coronary heart disease served as the control group. The changes in symptoms, the rate of reducing or stopping nitroglycerin, ECG, blood lipid and blood pressure were observed in the patients of both the groups. Results The effective rate of treating angina pectoris was 97% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group. The nitroglycerin reducing or stopping rate was 88.8% in the treatment group and 66% in the control group. The rate of improved ECG was 99% in the treatmen tgroup and 85% in the control group. There was significant difference ( P <0.05) in all the above-mentioned rates between both the groups. There were insignificant effects of Fusin tablets on blood lipid and blood pressure. Condeusion Fuxin tablets is one of effective drugs for treating angina pectoris without obviously side effec in the patients with coronary heart disease
