互联电力系统的模糊滑模负荷频率控制

摘要 提出一种用于多区域互联电力系统的负荷频率模糊滑模控制方法。该方法选用带积分的滑模超面方程 ,使系统从一开始就进入滑模状态 ,当系统进入滑模状态后 ,转化为基于新区域控制偏差的比例积分控制 ,对切换控制采用自适应模糊调节方式自动确定其幅值 ,在考虑发电机变化率约束和具有控制死区条件下 ,所提出的控制方法能够使系统获得较好的性能。仿真结果显示该方法是简单的、有效的 。 The paper proposes a fuzzy sliding mode control method used for load frequency control of multiarea power systems .Using sliding mode superface equation with integral item,the method gets the system into sliding mode from the beginning .After that ,the system is controlled by PI control based on ACEN.Considering generation rate constraint (GRC) and deadband, the proposed control method can make system have good performance. Simulation result shows that the proposed method is simple, effective, and can ensure asymptotic stability of the whole system.
