摘要
迄今为止 ,我国的教师继续教育关注的焦点仍是在提升教师的专业理论、专业知识和专业技能上 ,但对教师在个人生涯发展上的不确定因素和困惑及其对教师职业发展的影响 ,我们却较少研究。其结果 ,尽管花了很大力气 ,在对教师的专业促进作用方面仍然收效甚微。本文将根据对广西数千名中学教师的相关调查数据 ,对上述现象进行分析 ,并试图从教师生涯发展的角度 。
Up to now,the focus of continuing teacher education in China is still on how to promote teachers in subject theories,subject knowledge and subject expertise.Yet little study is given to the uncertainty and ambiguity in teachers’ individual career development,which affects teachers’ professional development a lot.As a result,though we have made great endeavor,we produce little effect in raising teachers’ standard of education.This paper will analyze this phenomenon,based on the relevant investigations involving hundreds of teachers in Guangxi,and discuss ways of dealing with this matter,by means of study in teachers’ career development.
