摘要
在对马氏体不锈钢进行焊接性分析及工艺评定基础上 ,确定了对核电机组中高压大管径排汽管采用GTAW +SMAW焊接方法及相应的焊接和热处理工艺参数的工艺方案 ,并在实际生产中取得了成功。
On the basis of weldability analysis and welding technology evaluation of martensite stainless steel,the paper determines GTAW & SMAW welding technology and technical plan of welding and heat treatment parameters to the large diameter high pressure steam-discharge pipe of nuclear generator set. This technology leads to success in production.
