From the angle of programmig and designing, the paper explicates energy saving measures of sewerage and storm water discharge, sewerage pumping station and sewerage treatment. Because there is potential of saving energy in sewerage projects of China, either national or local energy saving standard and programme should be worked out to promote sewerage technique.
