摘要
结合工程实例探讨了在建筑工程流水施工中 ,应用约翰逊规则法和矩阵法 ,合理安排施工顺序 ,经分析证明 ,采用上述方法 ,按优化后的施工顺序施工 ,可有效缩短工期 。
Based on engineering cases,the paper discusses the issue of arranging a rationable sequence of construction during construction using Johnson Rule and matrix method.Analysis shows that if the above mentioned methods are accepted,and the construction is precessed according to the optimized process,a shortened construction period,as well as a lowered construction cost,will be obtained.
