从水资源角度,论述了污水资源化再利用的必要性和紧迫性;综述了国内外污水资源化再利用的历史与现状;指出我国污水处理及其资源化再利用已进入全面启动的发展机遇期,具有广阔的应用前景和发展潜力。

At the angle of water resource, this paper illustrates necessity and urgency of reuse of wastewater as a potential water resource and introduces history and status quo of reuse of wastewater as a potential water resource in China and abroad. At present, the reuse of wastewater as a potential water resource is in a period with opportunity of development, brilliant application prospects and development potential, and the project has been started in China.
