摘要
针对200MW汽轮机在常规滑参数停机时,在低负荷滑降时汽缸温度比较高,滑停时间较长,锅炉低负荷时须投油稳燃等问题,通过对大负荷滑参数停机的技术分析及与常规滑参数停机的比较,得出了采用大负荷滑参数停机方法,成功的解决了常规滑参数停机中存在的问题。
During operation of 200MW steam turbine, there are some problems such as high temperature in cylinder during low load sliding shut down, longer sliding shut down time, and higher cost of steady combustion. By analyzing method of high load and sliding shut down and comparing it with method of conventional load and sliding shut down, the paper concludes that high load sliding shut down operation can successfully resolve the problem in conventional shut down operation.
