系统地分析了我国水资源现状 ,指出了水资源可持续利用是支撑社会经济可持续发展的基础产业 ,是经济发展的重要保障。因此 ,要通过科学规划 ,加强立法等措施 ,合理配置水资源 。

Upon analyzing present situation of water resource in China, the paper holds that the continuable use of water resource is the fundamental industrial for the continuable development of society, and ensures economic development. In order to ensure rapid development of national economy, such measures as scientific planning and strengthening legislation should be carried out, in order to arrange water resource reasonably.
