摘要
针对两个大型水利灌浆工程对低粘度稳定性浆液的要求 ,对水泥—粘土浆液进行了优选试验和单因素对比试验 ,得到了两个优选配方。研究了水灰比、减水剂加量和粘土加量三个单因素对浆液析水量、初凝时间、终凝时间的影响 ,得到了各因素的适用加量范围 ,阐明了一些有意义的结论。
In accordance with the requirement of two dam foundation-grouting projects,orthogonal tests and contrast tests are conducted in order to optimize cement-bentonite grout. Two types of optimal grouts are developed In addition,the influence of water-cement ratio,water-reducing agent and bentonite on such properties as bleeding rate,initial setting time and final setting time are studied and the suitable amount of them,as well as a few important conclusions,are obtained.
