On the basis of analyzing the changes of modern Capitalism by using Marxism's position, standpoint and methods,the paper points out that 'the Two Certainties' which is from' the Manifesto of the communist Party' written by Marx and En- gels still has great vitality. The basic contradiction of modern Capitalism is the basic reason why Capi- talism is certainly doomed and Socialism will be succeeded.
