总结、分析了职务犯罪及其发生发展的原因、特点，提出了查处职务犯罪应遵循的原则和预防职务犯罪的措施。
The article summarizes and analyzes the cause and character of post crime, points out the principles which should be followed during investigating the post crime, and also the measures which prevent the post crime.
