浅谈政府管理与营造知识经济发展环境

Government administration and the environment of building up knowledge economy

分析了我国面向知识经济的发展，实施科教兴国战略的有利条件和必要性，提出为营造适应知识经济发展环境，必须转换和改革政府管理职能，尤其要加强国家和政府宏观调控的职能，提高政府的决策能力。同时要加强对人才的选拔及培训工作。

The paper analyzes the good conditions and prerequisite of the implementation of China's policy in the development of knowledge economy. The paper points out that we have to build up an environment which suits the develoment of knowledge development, and also transform the government management authority especially to enhance the government ability of the macroeconomic regulation. And at the same time, we have to strengthen the training work and the talent selection.
