摘要
阐述了高校后勤社会化的目的,及高校后勤社会化进程中要经历的三个阶段。根据高校后勤企业的特点,又从现代企业的角度,就如何建立和运用现代企业管理制度来规范后勤企业,做了进一步论述。
The paper expounds the purpose and three stages in the process of higher learning colleges rear-service socialization. According to the features of higher learning colleges rear-service business, the paper makes a further discussion about how to set up and standardize rear-service business of higher learning colleges from the modern business angle.
