通过对 1 975年邓小平领导的全面整顿的系统回顾和客观分析 ,指出 1 975年的全面整顿 ,实际上是对“文化大革命”错误的系统纠正 ,是对党的“八大”正确路线及其一系列方针、政策的恢复 ,是党在指导思想上拨乱反正的先导 ;全面整顿 ,加强了党的领导 ,促进了全国安定团结的局面 ,为实现中国的全面改革准备了条件 ,也是邓小平改革理论形成的思想基础。

The 1975 rectification actually corrected the errors made during the'Culture Revolution'. It is the restoration of'the correct principles of the Eighth Plenary Session', and it is the beginning of our Party's self-criticism. It has strengthened the leadership of the Party, stabilized the people's unity, prepared well for further reform and it is the foundation of forming Deng Xiaoping's reform theory.
