摘要
从市场定位入手 ,系统阐述了房地产项目包装、价格策略、销售控制、广告策略、销售人员培训等房地产销售策划与运作的全过程 。
Starting with the fixed position of the market, the article makes a systematic exposition of the whole course of planning and operating of real estate selling, including the packing of the project,the tactics of the price and the advertisement, the controlling of the selling, the training of the selling personel and so on. And from this exposition, the general rule of real estate selling will be brought into light.
