摘要
终身教育作为一种现代教育思想已被世界各国广为接受 ,并体现在国家的教育政策中。研究成人教育在我国终身教育发展进程中的作用 ,对促进我国终身教育的发展具有重要意义。文中阐述了在知识经济时代 ,成人学历教育、社区成人教育、企业岗位培训以及现代远程网络教育 ,在构建终身教育体系中的作用 ,提出了当前成人教育的发展方向。
Life-long education has been accepted as a modern education idea by all countries of the world and is embodied in national education policies and the study of adult education will be significantly useful in promoting the development of life-long education in China. This paper interprets the functions of adult academic qualification education, community adult education ,enterprise post training and modern long-distance network education on building life-long education system, and it points out the developing trend of adult education.
