摘要
21世纪是信息化、网络化的时代 ,面对网络为高校学报带来的挑战与机遇 ,分析了高校学报的发展趋势 ;阐述了为适应网络发展 ,高校学报应采取的对策。
The 21st century is an era of information and network.. This paper probes the developing trend of journals of colleges and universities and introduces the countermeasurements in order to follow the development of the network which brings challenges and chances to journals of colleges and universities.
