分析了目前资本市场存在的问题 ,提出解决现存问题的关键是建立完善的公司治理结构。
The author analyses the problems on the current capital market and puts forward a solution to it, which is to set up a perfect administering company structure, to enlarge the scale of the stock market and multilayered capital market system.
