试论道德教化在反腐倡廉中的价值功能

Valuable functions of moral education in combating corruption and promoting honesty

从人性的社会行为、市场经济中个体腐败行为和腐败行为的社会特征三个方面论述了道德教化施行的客观基础及其在反腐倡廉中的发展价值功能、导向价值功能 ,提出实施道德教化的社会内涵 :提高领导干部的政治理论素养 ,坚定理想信念、增强为人民服务的宗旨观念 ,提高领导干部的精神境界和自律意识。指出对领导干部施行道德教化应强调终身化、全员化、系统化。

The article points out that the declining moral education greatly contributes to the endless corruption. By discussing the valuable functions of moral education, the article proposes the social essence of moral education: to improve the officials of their political theory quality, to reinforce their communist ideals, and to strengthen their self discipline. It points out that the moral education is a life long and systematical process for them.
