With the quick walk-out paces of Chinese enterprises,numerous domestic ones with advantageous technological products have begun their own transnational management tour. However,a lot of enterprises have lost their own advantageous position and the competitive power has been weakened gradually in the course of management. So taking the advanced experience of the current trans-corporation for reference and making technology-locking strategy for keeping their own technological advantages for Chinese enterprises is the management tactics that must be mastered.
