On economic recession of Northeast China resource-type industry from the angle of the system structure

从东北老工业基地的特点出发 ,在社会制度结构层面探寻了东北资源型工业经济衰退的根源 ,分析了传统社会制度结构引发的不良效应。认为 ,对传统计划经济体制的“路径依赖”导致的产权问题 ,是导致东北资源型工业经济衰退的根本原因。

Starting from the features of the traditional northeast industry,the article researches the declining root of the resource-type industry in Northeast China,and analyzes the harmful effects resulted from the traditional social institutional structure. So we draw a conclusion that the property rights which caused by“path rely”under the planned economy mechanism are the essential reason which results in the recession of the Northeast China resource-type industry economy.
