研究企业价值链结构改造和重构企业价值链,提出思路和方法,寻找优势环节,推动创新,创造成本领先或差别化的机会,以实现整体优化,获取企业竞争优势,增强竞争力。
Based on the analysis of the optimization and remold of the cost chain in the enterprises, the paper puts forward some thoughts and methods to make the prime cost advantage and contrast possible. In this way, an enterprise can be integrally optimized, become more competitive and procure the advantage in today's fierce competition.
