论建立我国股市统一股价指数

为反映我国股市整体状况、克服现有指数存在的缺陷、有必要建立统一股价指数。在统一股价指数的建立上,建议采用成份股指数体系,样本股规模定为300只,样本股选取按代表性、规模性、活跃性和绩优性四项标准。选取方法采用主观选样,计算方法采用加权综合法,权数采用流通量,基期定为指数推出前一季度,基期指数定为推出前一季度上证综合指数的平均收盘指数。
