摘要
高校教师管理正面对着新世纪的要求和挑战 ,而高校现行教师管理模式和机制上又存在诸多问题和弊端 ;如何通过改革和创新 ,构建新的高校教师管理模式和机制 ?本文对此进行了探讨。
In the new century the faculty administration in the tertiary institutions is faced with new requirements and serious challenges. But there are many problems and malpractices in the existing mode and system of the faculty administration in the tertiary institutions. The paper discusses how to reform and innovate the present mode and system so as to establish new ones in the new situations.
