本文简述实践“三个代表”是高校的历史责任 ,重点阐述了高校如何实践“三个代表”的问题。
The paper argues briefly that it is the historical responsibility for the tertiary institutions to practice 'Three Represents' and dwells on the methods for the tertiary institutions to do so.
