Yunnan proposes to build itself into a province of green products, ethnic cultures and international passageway joining China with Southeast and south Asia. The paper argues for the necessity, importance and feasibility of the basis on which Yunnan's three great strategies are formulated. And it also puts forth some constructive suggestions to realize the three strategies.
