摘要
创新教育给教师素质的提高提出了严峻的挑战 ,新的价值观、思维观、教学观、人才观等的变化 ,必须从观念、能力、方法等方面更新和提高 ,从而实现以人的创新精神和创新能力为最终目标的创新教育 。
The innovative education brings about a serious challenge to teachers' quality. The change of the views of value, thinking, teaching and talents force teachers to update or improve their views, abilities and methods so as to realize the innovative education with the cultivation of the innovative spirit and ability as its ultimate goal.
