摘要
21世纪需要的是知识、能力与素质有机融合的人才 :既有良好的综合素质 ,又有精深的专业素质。本文主要从团的工作角度探索新形势下高校团组织在素质教育方面可采取的方法和举措。
The 21st century calls for the talents with rich knowledge, strong abilities, high comprehensive ability and specialized quality. The paper, in light of the work of Youth League in tertiary institutions, probes into the possible actions or measures that the Communist Youth League organizations can take to conduct the quality-oriented education.
