Implementing System Innovation to Deal with Anti-dumping After Entering WTO

本文在阐述入世前我国商品遭遇欧美反倾销问题的基础上,对反倾销策略的理论研究与实践效果进行了全面述评。提出入世后我国应对反倾销的根本策略是实施国家、区域和企业三个层次的系统创新。

On the basis of probing into the problem of anti-dumping China's goods from Europe and United States before joining WTO,the theoretical research and practical effects of anti-dumping strategies are reviewed from all sides.The paper points out that the primary strategy to deal with anti-dumping is to innovate systems on the country,region and enterprise levels.
