Virtual Group Inspiration to the Reforms of the Machinery Industry in Kunming

首先在虚拟企业和传统的企业集团概念基础上提出虚拟集团对虚拟集团和传统的企业集闭进行了对比,指出虚拟集团是一种新型的企业集团。文章结合昆明市机械行业的现状,指出虚拟集团适合于昆明市机械企业的改革。最后就虚拟集团的组建提出了一些建议。

The virtual group is put forward on the basis ot the concept of the virtual enterprise and tradi- tional enterprise group.The comparative analysis of the two group demonstrates that the virtual group is a new kind of enterprises group After a careful study on the present situation of the machinery industry in Kunming, the paper points out that the virtual group can be used to accomplish the reform.At last,some rational proposals about establishing the virtual group are enumerated.
