摘要
领导的语言运用是非常重要的,领导行为中的任务委派、指导、评价、奖惩等行为都离不开人际间交往,离不开语言。由于语境、心理、社会环境等因素,语言的运用较为复杂,学术界对领导语言的研究,大多侧重语言技巧、语境技巧。而本文将领导语言作为一种言语行为,从语言学、语用学视角进行研究,探析领导言语行为的特点及其语用问题。
It's very important for leaders to use language skillfully.The assignment,direction,evaluation, rewards and penalizations can't be performed without the communication and language use.The usage of language becomes more complex for the different factors of context,psychology and social environment.The discussion of leader's speech act in the academic field has focused on the language skill and contextual technique. This paper,using the theory of linguistics and pragmatics,discusses the characteristics of speech act and pragmatics of leaders.
