校本管理是上个世纪八十年代,由素质教育引发的世界各国教育改革浪潮中出现的一种新的教育管理理念和模式。它包含自主决策、优化组合资源、校本课程建设、完善监督机制、校本研究等基本内容。学习和借鉴这种新的管理方法,有利于我们推进教育教学改革,跟上时代前进的步伐。

School-based management is a new idea and pattern of education occurring in the tidal waves of education reforms in the 1980s,which includes making decision independently,optimizing resources,con- structing school-based curriculum,and perfecting monitor mechanism.This new administrative method will promote the education reforms and keep pace with the development of the times.
