摘要
作者分析了影响员工激励的主要因素 ,认为这些因素会随时间、空间与个体的不同而不同 。
The author analyzes the main factors to motivate the staff and believe s that these factors will change as time, space and individuality change. Moreov er, he argues that Chinese enterprises should adopt the proper motivation mode t o motivate the staff.
