摘要
本文以党的十六大精神为指导 ,结合高校实际 ,分析和论述高校治源防腐必须加强教育、发展民主、健全制度、强化监督、深化改革的重要性和措施。
Under the guidance of the spirit of the 16th CPC Congress and in light of the actual conditions in the tertiary institutions, the paper expounds the importance and argues for the effective measures in fighting corruption in the tertiary institutions such as enhancing education, developing democracy, perfecting the system, strengthening the supervision and deepening reforms.
