摘要
本文对应用技术人才培养过程中实训教学的开展与运作进行了探讨分析 ,提出了实训教学必须通过实验、设计、职业技能训练、模拟与仿真实训 ,实习、岗位实务、社会实践等环节立体进行。
The paper analyses the introduction and operation of the real training teaching in the course of cultivating the applied technical talents and puts forward some means and measures to conduct the real training teaching through experimentation, design, vocational skill training, simulated and emulated practical training, field work, on-the-job practice, social practice, etc.
