摘要
本文就新形势下高等学校中教师、学生思想品德状况进行了分析 ,就高校教育中的德育教育进行了探讨。认为高校的德育应以政策为导向 ,以政治思想教育为核心 ,建立健全激励机制 ,以先进模范为典型 ,教师言传身教 ,加强学生的道德主体意识。
The paper analyses the ideological and moral state in the tertiary institutions and further discusses how to conduct the moral education in the tertiary institutions. It also argues that in order to enhance the moral consciousness of students, the moral education in the tertiary institutions should be policy-based and political and ideological work-centered. It should also be conducted by improving the rewarding system and by setting up advanced examples and personal examples of teachers for students with both perception and practice.
