Analysis of Chinese Selection of Exchange Rate in the Process of Gradual Finanical Opening

随着全球经济和金融的一体化,特别是近年来货币金融危机的频繁出现,使金融市场的稳定成为与物价稳定、充分就业和经济发展并列的政策目标,所以,汇率制度的选择已经再次成为学术界讨论的热点。本文通过对我国现存的汇率制度的分析,提出一种供参考的汇率制度。

With global integration of economy and finance, especially in recent years, frequent occurrence of monetary and financial crisis, the stability of financial market as well as the stability of price and full employment has become the goal of the government. So, selection of the exchangte rate policy has become the focus of study. The authors analyses the present exchange rate policy of China, and come up with a new exchange policy for reference.
